As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the front-line representative for Clay's diverse customer base, ranging from enterprises to startups and SMBs. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on technical support to customers, helping them maximize product value and solve product-related issues
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify common pain points and opportunities for product improvement
- Creating informative content such as guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation based on customer needs
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Serving as a bridge between customer needs and product development, ensuring user insights directly inform product decisions
You should have a technical background with the ability to understand and solve product issues, potentially including coding solutions. You are deeply customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. You communicate clearly both internally and externally, can create resonant content for diverse audiences, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You are proactive about gathering feedback, identifying patterns, and using insights to drive product improvements.
