Curve Dental is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as the all-around product expert for their dental practice management software. You will work across teams to deliver accurate, thorough product knowledge to prospects and clients, uncover common user issues, and drive cross-functional resolution efforts. Using analytical skills and customer feedback, you'll prepare presentations that position Curve Dental's solutions effectively in the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partner ecosystem
- Deliver product demonstrations and competitive positioning against market alternatives
- Identify product opportunities, document solutions, prioritize requests, and interface with the Development team to represent market needs
- Assist in creating educational materials including user guides, process flow charts, and training documentation
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with Development on product enhancements and customer requests
- Travel up to 2 times per month for client engagement
You should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and engage diverse audiences. Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively. You'll need proficiency with web-based cloud products, preferably in the dental space, and a solid understanding of healthcare claims and encounter data. MSSQL proficiency is a plus. You must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable delivering back-to-back presentations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud-centric dental software
- Experience in US healthcare operations
- Great interpersonal and discussion-leading skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with web-based cloud products, preferably dental software
- Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data
- Solid presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- MSSQL proficiency (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 2 times per month
