Plaid is hiring a Senior Product Sourcer to support its growing Product organization. As a senior sourcer, you will partner closely with Product leaders and recruiters to drive top-of-funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches. You will own research, manage pipelines, guide hiring teams, and provide data-driven insights that help leaders make smarter hiring decisions.
Key responsibilities include building and managing pipelines of high-quality PM talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping; tracking and analyzing funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement; serving as a trusted advisor to product recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategy, talent market, and candidate experience; and collaborating cross-functionally with other EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency and refine recruiting playbooks.
You will need 7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience (in-house preferred), creative sourcing experience across multiple platforms and channels, and proven success partnering with senior PM or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches. You should be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches, have a data-driven and process-oriented mindset, and maintain a candidate-first philosophy that balances speed, quality, and experience.
Nice-to-have qualifications include fluency in Product Management disciplines (consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products) and experience with longer-term networking strategies such as hosting events, dinners, and conference strategies.
