Revolut is seeking a Product Sales Executive to be the first hire on the Revolut People product sales team. Revolut People is a human capital management (HCM) solution designed to simplify employee operations and help companies reach their potential through better people management.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of customers from Revolut's existing customer base while proactively seeking new clients through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, and qualifying leads. You'll leverage solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the Revolut People value proposition to drive large sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include becoming a product expert in Revolut People and its market positioning, meeting and exceeding sales targets aligned with KPIs, and providing customer feedback to internal teams in Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
You'll work independently with strong support from sales management and have the opportunity to build relationships with business owners across the organization. This is a high-energy role suited for competitive, motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and act with integrity.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of demonstrable end-to-end sales cycle experience, an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication and presentation skills, and comfort negotiating with senior executives. Nice-to-have qualifications include proven experience selling HR SaaS products, curiosity about HR and recruitment sectors, and experience building networks of external product promoters and champions.
