Replit is hiring a Product Partnerships Manager to own strategic partnerships end-to-end, from opportunity identification through launch and impact measurement. This is a product-focused role working with consumer technology partners like Stripe, Shopify, and Google, operating at the intersection of product strategy, ecosystem thinking, and deal execution.
You will develop a clear point of view on Replit's partner landscape and build a prioritized pipeline of high-leverage opportunities across consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud infrastructure, and payments technology. You'll lead partner conversations from early exploration through joint product thesis, business case, commercial terms, and launch planning. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to turn agreements into shipped outcomes.
Key responsibilities include working directly with Partner Engineers to scope integrations, demos, prototypes, and enablement assets; defining success metrics before every launch (retained usage, apps created, deployments, revenue, partner-sourced users); building lightweight operating systems like partner scorecards and launch checklists; and representing partners internally with strong product judgment.
You should be a serious Replit power user who can speak credibly with engineers and negotiate with senior partner stakeholders. You're likely a product partnerships or BD person from a developer platform, AI platform, or API company; a former PM or founder who can sell and negotiate externally; or a technical ecosystem operator who has shipped integrations or partner programs.
Required: experience sourcing and launching strategic partnerships; strong product judgment; technical fluency with APIs, auth, cloud deployment, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows; hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools; ability to run ambiguous multi-party processes; and credibility with both external partners and internal engineers.
Bonus: background in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or API companies; experience with MCP-style integrations or agent workflows; founder, PM, DevRel, or technical BD background.
