The Product team at Revolut shapes customer experiences by turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions through collaboration across design, engineering, and data.
As a Product Owner (Technical), you will own your product roadmap end-to-end, from conception through launch and beyond. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, project execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. Your role bridges product strategy and technical execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting team goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut's mission
- Driving maximum product impact through data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Completely owning products and features from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
- Conducting technical discussions with engineers on approaches and requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams
You will directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design team members, making this a people-management role.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience managing people
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and technical acumen with solid business sense for ROI-based prioritization
- Experience formulating and driving focused product vision and owning narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects with hands-on involvement
- Experience developing and launching products from scratch
- Ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
