The Product team at Revolut shapes customer experiences by turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions through collaboration across design, engineering, and data. As a Product Owner (Technical), you will take full ownership of your product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk management. You will be the go-to person for your product from conception through launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut's mission
- Drive maximum impact for your product using data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Own your team's products and features end-to-end: ideation, development, launch, growth, and maintenance
- Conduct technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches and requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams
- Manage and lead Engineering, Operations, and Design team members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience managing people
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and technical acumen with solid business sense for ROI-based prioritization
- Experience formulating and driving focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects; hands-on approach
- Experience developing and launching products from scratch
- Ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
