As a Product Owner (Technical), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical products and features—from conception through ideation, development, launch, growth, and maintenance. You'll be responsible for setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut's mission, and driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting team goals, success metrics, and product roadmap
- Driving product impact through data-driven analysis and market research
- Owning products and features completely from ideation through launch and beyond
- Conducting technical discussions with engineers on approaches and requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams
- Managing Engineering, Operations, and Design team members
- Communicating product vision and narrative to leadership, customers, and partners
This is a hands-on role requiring someone with entrepreneurial drive, bias toward action, and the ability to bootstrap major projects while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience managing people (direct management of Engineering, Operations, and Design team members)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and technical acumen with solid business sense guiding ROI-based prioritization
- Experience formulating and driving focused product vision
- Ability to develop and launch products from scratch
- Ability to deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in fast-paced environment
