Smava is one of Germany's largest fintech companies, operating an online credit comparison platform serving over 300,000 customers. As Product Owner for Registration Route & A/B Testing, you will own the critical onboarding journey—from landing page through registration to first loan offer presentation.
You will work in a cross-functional team including Engineering, Design, and Data to design, run, and analyze A/B tests, implement experimental results, and ensure high-quality product rollouts. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the end-to-end registration and onboarding flow, identifying optimization opportunities
• Collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to execute A/B tests and measure impact
• Conducting QA testing to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Building relationships with Marketing and peer product teams to align on KPIs and learnings
• Defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance metrics to drive data-informed improvements
You bring several years of product-oriented experience with demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and QA processes. You are analytical, structured, and independent—comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and pragmatic solutions. You have strong IT and internet affinity, technical communication skills, and fluency in English (German a plus). Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is valued but not required; the company explicitly welcomes both mid-level and senior candidates who meet core criteria.
