Exotec is a French industrial robotics unicorn that combines AI and hardware to revolutionize how enterprises deliver products and improve working conditions. The company operates globally with teams across Europe, the US, and Japan.
You will join Exotec's IT department as Product Owner for a portfolio of collaborative tools used across the organization. You will own the vision, evolution, and adoption of collaborative solutions supporting business activities, with particular focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot) and Koddex, a strategic internal knowledge-sharing and process-management platform.
As a bridge between business units, IT teams, and external partners, you will drive Exotec's digital transformation by delivering high-value solutions for users.
Key responsibilities:
**Define and drive product strategy:** Establish the vision for collaborative tools and create a roadmap aligned with business priorities, IT strategy, and digital transformation ambitions. Own the value delivered by the portfolio, linking each evolution to measurable user and business outcomes. Arbitrate portfolio priorities based on user impact, adoption potential, technical constraints, risks, and solution sustainability.
**Gather, challenge, and prioritize needs:** Lead product discovery by collecting requirements from users, business units, IT, and regional stakeholders across Europe, the US, and Japan. Challenge requests to distinguish structural needs from local preferences using usage data, user feedback, and business impact. Ensure prioritization and roadmap decisions rest on objective evidence, measurable results, and genuine understanding of usage patterns.
**Drive evolution and deployment:** Manage the complete cycle of product changes from scoping through delivery, ensuring quality, security, integration, and value realization. Define success criteria and quality standards for solutions to secure safe deployment across Exotec. Make release and lifecycle decisions by balancing user value, operational risks, vendor dependencies, and platform sustainability.
**Build adoption and govern:** Define and execute an adoption strategy for collaborative tools to embed new ways of working beyond communication and training. Own effective adoption, user satisfaction, and resolution of friction points limiting Microsoft 365 and Koddex usage. Align business units, IT, key users, vendors, and external partners on priorities, governance rules, trade-offs, and expected results. Manage relationships with strategic vendors and partners, controlling their commitments, roadmaps, risks, and commercial constraints in Exotec's interest. Ensure coherence, rationalization, and controlled evolution of the collaborative tools portfolio and knowledge ecosystem.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in product ownership, product management, or digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of collaborative tools, ideally Microsoft 365
- Appetite for SaaS environments and change management
- Ability to bridge business challenges and technical solutions
- Mastery of Agile methodologies
- Professional English proficiency
