As Product Owner, you will report to the VP of Product and drive the product vision, roadmap, and development of software products that meet customer needs and support strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally to develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback. Key responsibilities include defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating SBA activities to ensure timely and clear product documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure efficient feature development.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and use cases, incorporating feedback into the product development process. You will monitor product performance, gather customer feedback for continuous improvement, and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure successful product launches and adoption. You will own the software development lifecycle from planning through product release.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience developing and launching software products in a highly regulated industry (biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals)
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to comply with and follow regulations required in highly regulated environments (ISO standards, GMP regulations)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working in a biotech or life sciences environment
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISA 88/95 for life sciences software
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions
- Understanding of software development best practices including cloud computing, machine learning, and data analytics
