As a Product Operator, you will work directly with the Chief Product Officer to drive high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and don't naturally belong to a single product roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, operations, execution, and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with the CPO on critical cross-functional questions facing the Product organization - Own initiatives spanning multiple product teams, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities - Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities - Translate strategic goals into concrete plans, milestones, and operating rhythms - Build frameworks, analyses, and recommendations that inform product and company decisions - Create visibility into key initiatives and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and blockers - Strengthen how the Product organization operates through improved planning, communication, and execution - Serve as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth You bring 2–5 years of experience from high-performance environments such as Chief of Staff roles, venture capital, strategy & operations, consulting, product operations, or early-stage startups. You excel at structured problem-solving, turning ambiguity into momentum, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Strong written and verbal communication, comfort operating across teams and seniority levels, and curiosity about products and healthcare are essential. You thrive when dropped into hard problems, love connecting dots across disciplines, and are energized by fast-moving environments. This is a remote role with relocation support available for the Redwood City/San Francisco area, though relocation is not required. Applicants must be based in the United States.
