Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to join the Launched Effects team in Atlanta, supporting Altius—a family of highly autonomous, tube-launched drones designed for intelligence, surveillance, and strike capabilities. This is a technical role at the intersection of hardware engineering, software development, and military operations. You will own the full incident lifecycle for the global Altius fleet: identify, triage, diagnose, and root-cause complex electromechanical failures across air vehicles and launcher configurations. Using Linux, command-line tools, and telemetry analysis, you'll isolate failures spanning hardware, software, and networking layers. Your work will bridge the integration boundary between the air vehicle and its diverse launcher types, building deep expertise across the entire system. Key responsibilities include performing log review and diagnostics to separate one-off failures from fleet-wide trends; partnering with software and hardware engineering teams to drive systemic reliability improvements and permanent design changes; continuously assessing and improving fleet observability and health telemetry; collecting and analyzing system failure data to inform proactive sustainment and resource allocation; delivering responsive technical support to global users; translating between deeply technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders; and contributing to runbooks, triage procedures, and technical guidance that enable operations to scale. You'll travel as needed to support customer operations and test events. This role requires a first-principles problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves tracing problems through complex systems, and is committed to keeping autonomous aircraft flying at the forefront of national security.
