Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to support its Counter Intrusion business line, which develops systems enabling operators to protect people and assets from threats on land and sea. These systems are deployed across major global operating theaters supporting diverse mission sets for U.S. Government and allied partners.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Anduril's deployed Counter Intrusion technology fleet. Your primary mission is to maintain system health by identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of all incidents across deployed systems. You will combine deep understanding of customer missions with intimate familiarity of Anduril's products and integrations to drive rapid resolution and root-cause analysis of complex issues spanning hardware, software, and networking.
Key responsibilities include: sustaining Counter Intrusion deployments through proactive fleet management; diagnosing and root-causing product incidents while driving postmortem actions; developing and maintaining fleet health reporting across the technology stack; partnering with product teams to improve observability and telemetry; interfacing with internal operations and product teams on reliability issues; supporting global customers through proactive communication; proposing process and product improvements based on customer feedback and metrics; and performing Linux-based hardware maintenance.
You should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving aptitude in unstructured technical situations. You must demonstrate the ability to master complex technical systems and support them in operational environments, taking ownership across the full depth and breadth of the system. Excellence, rigor, and consistency in execution are essential—you approach the 100th repetition of a process with the same focus as the first. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and crafting new approaches. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills are required.
Preferred qualifications include prior military or government agency experience; familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Grafana, Palantir Foundry); exposure to software development tooling (Git, Jira); experience with on-call support operations in limited risk tolerance environments; willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends; and 3+ years of customer/technical support experience.
