Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to maintain the health and performance of deployed defense technology systems. In this role, you will identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting air defense assets to resolution. You'll conduct root cause analysis on specific incidents and produce trend analyses of aggregated incident data to inform engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Incident Resolution: Identify and triage incidents affecting deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed to ensure rapid resolution. • Root Cause Analysis: Initiate RCA investigations and develop trend analyses to support product engineering teams in implementing corrective actions. • Data Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze and communicate health and performance data to mission operations, technical operations, and engineering teams to facilitate informed decision-making. • Fleet Sustainment: Collaborate across teams to sustain and modernize deployed systems through proactive hardware and software maintenance and upgrades. • Project Management: Execute projects focused on enhancing the scalability of fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with mission operations, program management, engineering, and sustainment teams. The role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to influence decision-making across business and engineering functions. You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance and willing to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed. Required: 2+ years in government, military, defense, consulting, or manufacturing; self-starter mentality; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate technical and non-technical efforts. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in STEM; Linux CLI experience.
