Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. This Product Operations Specialist role sits at the intersection of product management and customer support, owning the operating systems that help the Juno product ship reliably and scale. You will drive the entire launch lifecycle—from program management and customer testing through launch readiness, change management, and post-launch iteration. You'll own and continuously improve Juno's shipping process, ensuring the right reviews, testing, documentation, enablement, and customer communication happen at the right time. You'll maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, and status, surfacing risks early and following through to resolution. On the customer-facing side, you'll be the first line of defense for product-related issues via email and chat, joining customer calls when needed, managing escalations, and routing specialized requests appropriately. You'll analyze support trends and customer feedback to diagnose recurring friction, size problems, and translate messy input into clear findings and actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams. You'll also build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences that improve the quality and speed of both product operations and customer support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, or a similar analytical role in a fast-moving software company. You're highly process-oriented, able to turn ambiguous cross-functional work into clear owners and milestones without unnecessary bureaucracy. You actively use AI to get real work done, can identify patterns from qualitative and quantitative data, and write with precision and empathy. You run toward ownership, move quickly without losing details, and drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, and external partners. Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis is a plus, as is experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or operationally complex products. The role requires in-person presence at Ramp's NYC HQ (near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days per week.
