Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will own operations for meaningful products or product suites while influencing Ramp's internal operations as the company scales rapidly. You will serve as the nexus between Ramp's fintech product and operational realities of serving a massive, rapidly scaling customer base. Working closely with product managers, engineers, design, data teams, and customer-facing teams, you'll develop data-driven, customer-informed roadmaps and build automation and processes to support company growth. Key responsibilities include: representing the voice of the customer within your product space and connecting day-to-day customer experience to product and engineering teams; owning meaningful company-wide initiatives to prepare Ramp for larger scale; creating high-leverage product analytics to surface opportunities for improving performance and product intuitiveness; ensuring flawless product releases through documentation and enablement; managing incident identification and resolution processes; and overseeing operational relationships with partners and vendors. You'll need minimum 2 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, ideally in fast-growing businesses. Required skills include driving execution of complex cross-team initiatives, root-cause analysis, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback for product recommendations, direct customer engagement through research, mentoring junior team members, excellent communication, SQL proficiency, and comfort navigating ambiguity. Nice-to-haves include experience with Retool or low-code platforms, management consulting background, and technical programming skills. The role requires in-person presence at Ramp's NYC HQ (near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days per week.
