Mytra is building robotics and distributed software to solve material movement and storage across supply chains—a $1T market undergoing rapid transformation due to e-commerce growth, cost pressures, and disruption. The company is scaling fast and needs operational infrastructure to match.
As Product Operations Manager, you'll be an individual contributor who builds the connective tissue enabling Mytra to scale without losing coherence. You sit inside Product but serve horizontally across the company. This is not a software engineering role; you're an operator who uses AI-native tools to transform tribal knowledge into reliable systems and processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and own Mytra's internal operating system: unify information architecture and AI-assisted workflows across Slack, Notion, Linear, and other tools so leaders have visibility into changes, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Own the operational process layer from sales through deployment: convert verbal handoffs into documented, repeatable processes and ensure decisions and customer changes reach all stakeholders.
- Act as cross-functional translator between commercial, product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Establish lightweight documentation and communication norms with supporting tooling and incentives, codifying best practices as the Product Operations function scales.
Ideal candidates have proven experience in Product Operations, Program/Product Management, BizOps, or Chief-of-Staff roles at scaling companies, ideally those building physical or hardware + software products. You ship your own tools, use agentic AI daily, and have gone 0-to-1 on workflows, automations, and internal tools that others rely on—turning messy manual processes into systems that scale.
