Anthropic is seeking a Product Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the central organizer of the product launch process for the product marketing team. You'll build and run the operating system behind launches: the launch calendar, the plan of record for every deliverable, the path materials take through review, and execution on launch day. You'll treat the launch process itself as a product and drive adoption through influence. Key responsibilities include owning the product launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases (products, solutions, and programs), prioritizing against the team's top priorities and coordinating timing with partner teams. You'll own the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, surfacing risks early. You'll own the path launch materials take through review, partnering with legal, policy, product, and communications to ensure reviews happen in the right sequence against dates people can plan to. You'll drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, own launch-day execution including sequencing, timing, access, and operational readiness, and own internal resources for field teams along with the operational side of enablement. You'll develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks that scale beyond any one launch, and own launch retrospectives, recurring product communications, and launch materials themselves. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean product marketing team. When launch volume peaks, you'll contribute directly as a product marketer across all products and surfaces. You should have owned launch or release operations end to end and been accountable for launches landing on time. Experience building or substantially improving a launch or release process is essential. You treat process as a product, care about adoption, and measure it. Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, or launch production all fit. You work well when priorities and timelines shift and can keep a complex plan coherent as details change. You're effective at driving decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority and have a technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You write clearly and can produce launch-ready material, and you're energized by ambiguity and moving fast in a rapidly evolving market.
