Revolut is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead trust and banking launch narratives globally. This role sits within the Growth team and focuses on turning regulatory milestones and product launches into credible public stories that resonate with regulators, media, and local audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for banking license launches, security features, and trust-building initiatives across multiple markets

- Creating systematic, repeatable playbooks for trust and security campaigns (fraud protection, data security, certifications) that scale globally while maintaining local cultural nuance
- Identifying gaps where Revolut can build public or institutional trust and developing standalone campaigns to address them
- Measuring success through earned media metrics, share of voice, press pickup, and brand impact to demonstrate ROI
- Managing remote, cross-cultural launches with distributed teams and external agencies
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in PR/comms-led marketing, brand launches, or market entry in fast-paced global environments
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and ability to translate compliance milestones into compelling public narratives
- Demonstrated ability to market trust and security topics in ways that reassure communities
- Strong creative direction and art direction experience, not just brief-writing
- Exceptional copywriting skills adaptable across different local media landscapes
- Systems thinking to build repeatable frameworks while maintaining creative distinctiveness
- Analytical mindset to prove ROI through earned media and brand metrics
- Bias for action and ability to pivot between launches and campaigns quickly
Nice-to-have experience includes regulated industries (fintech, banking) and building global financial platforms.
