Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company serving over 5,300 clients across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. This Product Marketing Manager role focuses on the Travel vertical, which includes Hospitality (hotels, boutique accommodations) and Experiential (travel operators, DMCs) segments. The company's Travel platform, powered by Sertifi by Flywire, covers the full path from contract to settlement, including digital contracts, deposits, and group event payments.
You will sit at the intersection of Product and Go-to-Market, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing. Your core mission is to turn product capability into market impact by making solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning, ICP, and Messaging:** Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for Travel solutions. Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas across Hospitality and Experiential segments, grounded in customer and market insight. Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives. Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
**Go-to-Market and Launch Execution:** Lead go-to-market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives in Travel. Partner with Product to turn roadmap into market-ready messaging and materials. Drive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Continuously refine approach based on performance and feedback.
**Enablement and Revenue Impact:** Build and maintain high-quality enablement materials including decks, battlecards, demos, and value narratives. Equip Sales and Relationship Management teams to position and sell effectively. Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversion. Support deal strategy in competitive situations.
**Customer Insight and Market Feedback:** Synthesize customer feedback, win-loss insights, and field input into actionable direction. Build understanding of travel and hospitality buyers, market dynamics, and competition. Feed insights back into positioning, targeting, and product decisions.
**AI-Driven Execution:** Use AI to improve speed and quality across content, messaging, and research. Experiment with workflows that increase productivity and scalability. Help shape how the team incorporates AI into day-to-day execution.
**Requirements:**
- 5–8 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments
- Proven track record owning positioning, go-to-market launches, and enablement with clear ties to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Strong commercial and product instincts with clear understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and partnering closely with Product, Sales, and broader commercial teams
- Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day marketing workflows, with focus on improving speed, quality, and scale
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously evolve how work gets done and experiment with new approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across teams
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or hotel technology, or marketing to travel operations and finance buyers
- Experience in payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS platforms
- Experience supporting multi-product or platform environments
- Experience directly tying product marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes
