Greenhouse is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships to build the go-to-market foundation for their evolving partner ecosystem. In this role, you will translate Greenhouse's partnership strategy into clear, compelling narratives that explain who each partnership is for, why it matters, and how customers, partners, and field teams should communicate about it.
You will work closely with Strategic Development, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop customer experiences with aligned messaging, turning them into launch plans, enablement materials, and content. This is an ideal fit for a product marketer with hands-on experience in the development cycle and the ability to build repeatable GTM processes in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end product marketing for partnerships, from pricing and packaging through positioning, messaging, launch, and early enablement
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for partnership initiatives
- Define buyer personas and value propositions for different partnership categories in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop messaging and joint value propositions for partner launches, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials and customer-facing collateral that help field and partner teams position and sell joint solutions
- Track partnership performance using PMM metrics and use insights to inform future packaging, messaging, and prioritization
- Contribute a global perspective to messaging and enablement as the partner ecosystem and customer base expand internationally
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful storyteller who can turn integrations and joint solutions into compelling "better together" narratives. You are a cross-functional collaborator comfortable partnering with multiple teams and building alignment without formal authority. You bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work and are an invested team player with high accountability. You are also an AI adopter who looks for practical ways to use AI tools to move faster while preserving strategic and creative work for human judgment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, partner/channel marketing, or closely related go-to-market role
- Exposure to partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing with understanding of how partnership narratives differ from single-product messaging
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience moving projects forward without formal authority
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with capacity to translate technical or multi-party concepts (integrations, APIs, joint offerings) into clear, compelling language
- Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative inputs to prioritize work and demonstrate impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple partner initiatives and campaigns
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and willingness to use them efficiently, with good judgment about when human creativity matters most
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
