Scopely is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team, a sophisticated mobile strategy game with millions of players worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Live Operations, Marketing, Community, and Player Experience, serving as the connective tissue across the player-facing organization. You will own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command, translating complex product strategy, gameplay systems, and progression mechanics into clear, compelling experiences that resonate with diverse player bases. You'll develop positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and value propositions for new features, seasonal content, technical improvements, and franchise initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading integrated go-to-market strategies for major game features and launches, building launch plans that align messaging, timing, audiences, and business objectives across all player-facing channels. You'll define player segmentation strategies and establish launch objectives in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams. You'll serve as the central marketing partner connecting Product, Community, Campaign Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics, Player Experience, Publishing, and external partners like Paramount. You'll coordinate launch readiness across all functions, facilitate cross-functional communication, and proactively identify risks and remove blockers. Responsibilities also include creating creative briefs, messaging frameworks, presentations, and marketing guidance; reviewing and approving marketing assets for consistency and brand alignment; and partnering with Creative teams to develop high-quality materials that communicate player value while maintaining franchise authenticity. You'll monitor feature adoption, player engagement, sentiment, and campaign performance following launches, partnering with Analytics and Community teams to optimize outcomes and inform future strategy. Success requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to simplify complexity and thrive in cross-functional environments.
