Scopely is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team, a sophisticated mobile strategy game with millions of players worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of product, live operations, marketing, community, and player experience—serving as the connective tissue that aligns cross-functional teams around shared strategy and messaging. You will own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command, translating complex product strategy, gameplay systems, and monetization initiatives into compelling experiences that resonate with diverse player segments. You'll develop positioning frameworks, create messaging strategies, and ensure every feature launch tells a clear story connecting product innovation to meaningful player outcomes. Key responsibilities include: owning integrated go-to-market strategies for major features, seasonal content, and franchise partnerships; building launch plans that align messaging, timing, audiences, and business objectives across all player-facing channels; serving as the central marketing partner connecting Product, Community, Campaign Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics, and Player Experience teams; coordinating launch readiness and cross-functional communication to identify risks and remove blockers; creating creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and marketing guidance; reviewing and approving assets for consistency with product strategy and franchise guidelines; managing approvals with Paramount and external partners; and measuring product adoption and optimizing performance through analytics. The ideal candidate enjoys simplifying complexity, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is energized by turning ambitious product ideas into experiences players understand and remember. Success requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to champion the player perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
