Revolut is a fintech super app serving 80+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to elevate core financial features and establish Revolut as the primary account for millions worldwide.
In this role, you will own product marketing strategy across channels, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable insights. You'll design data-driven quarterly roadmaps that prioritize creative projects aimed at increasing Revolut adoption as a main account. Key responsibilities include developing launch strategies, crafting value propositions and messaging, briefing creative teams, and orchestrating campaigns across marketing channels and geographies. You'll also build cross-functional relationships to bring new products and campaigns to market in a fast-paced environment.
This is a strategic position requiring someone who understands B2C marketing in hyper-growth tech. You'll work with in-product, digital, PR, and offline activation channels, balancing creative excellence with brand integrity and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company
- Knowledge of fintech or payments industry markets and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and project-manage complex go-to-market campaigns requiring cross-functional input
- Track record of generating original ideas and recognized for creative excellence
- Solid background in consumer marketing with understanding of in-product, digital, PR, and offline activation channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Passion for Revolut's features and mission
