Revolut is a fintech super app serving 80+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the loyalty product vertical, driving profitability through adoption and engagement strategies. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for loyalty products across Revolut's global markets. You'll immerse yourself in customer needs and loyalty market dynamics, using data-driven insights to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing loyalty product marketing strategy across all channels, from positioning through launch and ongoing optimization - Designing compelling value propositions and narratives that highlight product benefits, collaborating with creative teams to bring campaigns to life - Orchestrating multi-market product launches with consistent global messaging while adapting for regional nuances - Building cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications teams to maximize awareness and drive adoption - Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimize conversion funnels - Managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require coordination across multiple teams and channels (in-product, digital, PR, offline activations) You'll work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment within a 13,000+ person organization that values innovation, clarity, and commercial impact. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of product, brand, or consumer marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company - Proven track record driving premium product adoption - Deep knowledge of loyalty markets and competitive landscape in fintech or payments - Expertise in setting strategic direction and project managing complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns - Demonstrated ability to generate original ideas and maintain creative excellence while preserving brand integrity - Strong background in consumer marketing with fluency across channels (in-product, digital, PR, offline activations) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across teams - Charismatic, people-oriented approach with comfort working in dynamic, international environments - Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
