WeTravel is a B2B SaaS platform serving multi-day travel operators (safari companies, adventure tour operators, etc.) globally. The company operates an end-to-end system for sales, payments, and back-office management, serving 10,000+ businesses worth $3B in annual travel sales. WeTravel ships 5+ meaningful features monthly across diverse product domains and is growing 60–100% year-over-year.
You will be the second product marketer on a newly expanded function, reporting to Anna (Head of Product Marketing). While Anna focuses on company-level positioning, operations, and the launch calendar, you will own taking individual features to market and driving adoption of existing features.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Individual Feature Launches (~75% of time):*
- Own the launch plan for each feature and align with commercial teams on communications and activities.
- Drive the channel plan with the commercial marketing team (website, social, paid, lifecycle channels), deciding what each launch needs and when.
- Craft and set up launch communications: emails, in-product messages, and demo videos (Loom-style).
- Update onboarding materials (product tours, emails, Onboarding Center) to reflect new launches.
- Run the monthly product newsletter.
- Partner on product content for major events (annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, Operator Innovation Day).
*Adoption of Existing Features (~25% of time):*
- Own adoption metrics for features you launch: analyze post-launch data, identify stalling features, and decide on fixes.
- Host live product webinars; partner on the annual calendar, host sessions, and bring in presenters (PMs, designers, engineers, account managers).
- Run ad hoc promotional campaigns for existing features needing adoption boosts.
- Localize content into Spanish when required.
You will be a visible face of WeTravel's product to thousands of clients, appearing on webinars and in videos almost weekly. This role requires end-to-end ownership: you write, record, and ship the work yourself rather than handing off to production teams. You will set your own priorities against clear outcomes with support but without daily direction.
WeTravel has 400+ team members across 88 countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, and Baku, plus remote workers globally. The company is financially secure and growing rapidly.
**Requirements:**
*Hard Requirements:*
- 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B product marketing at a tech company.
- Fluent business English writing that tour operators find clear and easy to understand.
- Excellent storyteller in writing and on camera; you will be a visible face to thousands of clients.
- Track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns (ideally highly targeted).
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and more reliably while owning quality.
- Ability to dig into data and surface your own insights.
*Nice to Have:*
- Fluent business Spanish and deep understanding of Latin American travel business culture.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Customer.io).
- SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytic tools.
- Video and audio editing skills.
*Not a Good Fit If:*
- You prefer to stay behind the brand; this role puts you on camera almost weekly.
- You want to set strategy and hand off production; you write, record, and ship the work.
- You want a to-do list; you own priorities against clear outcomes with support but without daily direction.
