WeTravel is a B2B SaaS platform serving multi-day travel operators (safari companies, diving expeditions, adventure tour operators, etc.). The company operates an end-to-end system for sales, payments, and back-office management, with 10,000+ clients generating $3B in annual travel sales. WeTravel ships 5+ meaningful features monthly and is growing 60–100% YoY with 400+ employees across offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, and Baku.
You will be the second product marketer, reporting to Anna (Head of Product Marketing). While Anna focuses on company-level positioning, operations, and the launch calendar, you will own feature-by-feature go-to-market execution and adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Feature Launches (~75% of time):
- Own the complete launch plan for each feature, aligning with commercial teams on messaging and activities.
- Drive the channel strategy with the commercial marketing team (website, social, paid, lifecycle channels), deciding what each launch requires and when.
- Create launch communications: emails, in-product messages, and demo videos (Loom-style).
- Update onboarding materials (product tours, emails, Onboarding Center) for new features.
- Manage the monthly product newsletter.
- Partner on content for major events (annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, Operator Innovation Day).
Adoption & Engagement (~25% of time):
- Monitor post-launch adoption metrics; identify stalling features and drive fixes.
- Host live product webinars; coordinate the annual webinar calendar and bring in PMs, designers, engineers, and account managers as presenters.
- Run promotional campaigns for existing features needing adoption boosts.
- Localize content into Spanish as needed for LATAM audiences.
**Why This Role Matters:**
- WeTravel ships fast, but features that ship unheard don't drive client value or revenue. You bridge that gap by ensuring discovery, understanding, and actual usage.
- You are a visible face of the product to thousands of clients—on webinars, in videos, and in writing—almost every week.
- You own priorities against clear outcomes; this is not a to-do-list role.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B product marketing at a tech company.
- Fluent business English writing that tour operators will want to read and understand.
- Excellent storyteller in writing and on camera; comfortable being visible to customers.
- Proven track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns (ideally highly targeted).
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster while owning quality.
- Ability to dig into data and surface your own insights.
**Nice to Have:**
- Fluent business Spanish and deep understanding of Latin American travel business culture.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Customer.io).
- SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytics tools.
- Video and audio editing skills.
**Not a Good Fit If:**
- You prefer to stay behind the brand; this role puts you on camera almost weekly.
- You want to set strategy and hand off production; you write, record, and ship the work yourself.
- You need a detailed to-do list; you own priorities with support but without daily direction.
