AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company combines AI-driven search with a universe of public and private content—equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals—to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in NYC with 2,000+ employees globally, AlphaSense acquired Tegus in 2024 to expand its expert insights capabilities. As Product Marketing Manager for Expert Call Services (ECS), you will own go-to-market positioning and strategy for ECS, the content engine behind AlphaSense's proprietary Expert Insights library. ECS is critical to the company's decision-grade AI offering and differentiates the platform from competitors. Key responsibilities include: developing and owning messaging that differentiates ECS from other expert network providers; driving awareness campaigns that support call volume and velocity goals; partnering with expansion and adoption teams to build cross-sell initiatives converting platform-only customers into call-taking customers; collaborating with enablement teams to equip customer-facing staff with messaging resources; and working with the ECS business and product teams to launch new offerings as the business evolves. You will report into the AlphaSense Marketing organization, which is revenue and pipeline-focused, encompassing demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS environments, with strong execution orientation, curiosity, and working knowledge of growth tactics and product-led growth. You should be comfortable owning messaging, campaigns, and launches independently; building cross-functional relationships; identifying differentiators; translating market and customer insights into positioning; and synthesizing data into GTM recommendations. Experience in financial services or expert networks is a plus, as is familiarity with financial content and industry research. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
