This Senior Product Marketing Manager role focuses on competitive intelligence and sits in the Bangalore office (hybrid, 3 days/week on-site). You will be a key driver of competitive strategy, owning the market landscape, competitive positioning, and delivering rapid, high-impact insights to the field and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Track key market developments and launches; maintain a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape - Conduct deep competitive research using desk research, win/loss analysis, and field insights - Own development of competitive intelligence assets (marketscapes, battlecards, deal support materials) - Partner with Sales Enablement to support competitive training and evaluation frameworks - Deliver timely competitive insights to the field, refining and scaling based on stakeholder feedback - Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones as a reliable competitive intelligence partner Requirements: - BA/BS in business, economics, marketing, liberal arts, or related field - 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in market research, market intelligence, product marketing, strategy, or consulting - Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail; results-driven approach (testing, measuring, iterating) - Ability to bring structure to ambiguity - Action-oriented self-starter with growth mindset and eagerness to learn Glean's product and use AI/LLM tools in workflow - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify concepts, influence stakeholders, and create compelling messaging - Strategic cross-functional collaborator with track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments - Experience working with US stakeholders and adjusting to time-zone overlap; proven success in distributed teams - Passion for Glean's mission and representing customer needs - Agentic AI experience is a plus
