Ambience Healthcare is an AI-powered platform company transforming healthcare delivery by automating clinical documentation and administrative workflows. The company's technology helps providers focus on patient care by removing documentation burden across ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings at major health systems.
You will own product marketing for Chorus, the foundational platform underlying all Ambience products across care settings. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Marketing, sitting on a small but senior PMM team with real scope and growth potential.
Key responsibilities:
• Own positioning and messaging for Chorus at the product and suite level, with sign-off authority over product claims and roadmap representations before market launch. Your messaging must ladder up to the broader company narrative owned by Communications.
• Run launch governance across the product roadmap: triage and tier every release, decide what receives external amplification versus internal enablement, and ensure field readiness before go-live in a fast-shipping environment.
• Build and maintain the competitive and market intelligence function for Chorus, sourcing insights from sales, account management, CRM data, and call recordings. Feed intelligence back into product and messaging decisions.
• Own and maintain battlecards that sales teams actively use. Track what competitors claim versus what they deliver, keeping the sales organization ahead of competitive moves with rapid refresh cycles.
• Own product launch campaigns end-to-end: set narrative, define success metrics, and coordinate across Sales Enablement, Communications, Growth, and Events teams.
• Expand into adjacent product areas and care settings as the platform grows, including new products built on Chorus and coverage across the PMM team as needed.
The role requires deep technical understanding of how the platform works, not just positioning expertise. You'll work in a high-ownership, high-trust environment where you drive work to completion with meaningful autonomy.
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally with substantial time marketing technical infrastructure, platforms, data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML tooling.
• Proven experience owning product-level positioning and messaging within a broader company narrative, ensuring product stories land without drifting from top-level messaging.
• Track record running launch governance in fast-shipping product environments: triaging, tiering, and deciding what gets external amplification.
• Strong market and competitive acumen with experience maintaining battlecards sourced from win/loss data and customer perception, refreshed rapidly to stay ahead of competitor moves.
• Demonstrated ability to feed field intelligence back into product and positioning decisions, sourced directly from sales, CRM, and customer conversations.
• Experience owning product-associated campaigns end-to-end: narrative development, goal-setting, and cross-functional coordination across enablement, communications, growth, and events.
Nice to have:
• Healthcare or health-system domain experience, including familiarity with EHR ecosystems, clinical versus financial buyer personas, and health system purchasing processes.
• Experience marketing platforms supporting multiple product lines or care settings.
• Startup or high-growth experience where role and processes were undefined at entry.
