As Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and optimization of go-to-market strategy for a specific product area within a cross-functional GTM Pod—small, agile squads focused on growing defined product segments. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in accelerating commercial growth and building Payhawk's product-led brand.
Key responsibilities include becoming an expert on target buying audiences and personas, developing deep market knowledge of competitors and ecosystem dynamics, and providing clear value articulation to Sales and Marketing teams. You will oversee product positioning, value propositions, and messaging rollout, ensuring consistency and continuous iteration. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce impactful campaigns and content across the customer lifecycle, and partner with Product to define strategy and roadmap based on market and sales insights.
Additionally, you will lead product design sprints for go-to-market planning of new features, maintain competitive enablement materials, oversee product and feature launch strategy and execution, and serve as a strategic conduit between Product and Commercial teams. You'll track and measure key metrics including win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion, driving continuous optimization.
