Nabla is an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant trusted by 100,000+ clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations. The company recently raised $70M in Series C funding and is expanding its product suite to include ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities.
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market execution across Nabla's product portfolio. Initially, you'll focus on GTM strategy, positioning, and sales enablement across multiple products—crafting messaging grounded in buyer personas and pain points, building sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, one-pagers), and partnering with Demand Gen and Customer Success teams.
Within months, you'll transition to 0-1 ownership of specific products, taking them from early-stage definition through launch and market traction. You'll own positioning, narrative, and launch planning independently, partner directly with Product and Engineering leads as a named GTM counterpart, and define success metrics for your product's adoption.
You'll need 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS (healthcare experience is a plus). You should have a track record executing GTM programs across multiple products, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, audience-specific narratives. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Customer Success are essential. You're a self-starter energized by fast-moving, high-growth environments and excited about growing into full product ownership.
The role is hybrid (1-2 days in NYC Metro if based there) or fully remote for candidates outside the NYC area. Nabla offers competitive salary and equity, comprehensive health coverage, unlimited PTO, unlimited sick leave, paid parental leave, and $1,500 for home office equipment.
