Motive is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers teams running physical operations—including transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, and manufacturing—with AI-powered tools for fleet management, safety, and operations. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and product-led growth (PLG) motions for Motive's product portfolio. You'll develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans aligned with company revenue targets, drive marketing efforts for new product launches and feature releases, and define positioning and messaging that differentiates Motive's AI capabilities in a competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include: developing sales collateral and training materials to enable the sales team; collaborating with demand generation, lifecycle, and content marketing teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation; building deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and buyer personas; acting as the voice of the customer to ensure product development aligns with market needs; working closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback; and partnering with channel and partnership teams on co-marketing initiatives.
You'll leverage data and customer insights to refine messaging, pricing, and product strategy. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales enablement, communications, and other teams in a fast-moving environment.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 3+ years of product marketing experience. Strongly preferred: experience at companies focused on AI-powered SaaS, SaaS-enabled hardware, agentic/automated workflows, or fintech. You should excel at translating complex technical features into clear customer benefits, have a proven track record driving GTM strategies for enterprise or mid-market products, and demonstrate excellent communication and storytelling skills.
