Minut is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the launch, positioning, and growth of its hardware and software products across three product lines: Minut Short Stays (for hosts and property managers), Minut Hotels (for hotels and aparthotels), and Minut Living (for multifamily, senior care, and student housing). The company builds proprietary sensors (M3, E1, G1) and privacy-first technology (SmokeID and AudioID).
You will sit between Product, Marketing, and Sales as the voice of the customer. This is a hands-on role with real influence—you'll shape what the company builds next by bringing evidence-backed ideas to drive growth and reduce churn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market products that combine hardware and software/subscription across all three product lines
- Launch new hardware and software products end-to-end and drive adoption post-launch
- Own revenue targets for launches and be accountable for pipeline and revenue delivery
- Translate highly technical concepts (SmokeID, AudioID, sensor capabilities) into simple, memorable, and accurate stories for buyers, end users, sales teams, and partners
- Run customer marketing programs (onboarding, lifecycle, upsell, cross-sell) to grow revenue from existing customers
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) by designing in-app journeys, prompts, and upgrade moments
- Shape the product roadmap with customer insight and data; set KPIs and track product/funnel metrics
- Use AI daily to scale work: build AI agents, create automated workflows, and identify new ways AI can improve team results
The team is small with direct communication, high ownership, and low process overhead. You'll work with Notion, Slack, Customer.io, GA4, and Amplitude. The role is hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the London office at Runway East, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue).
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with products combining hardware and software/subscription
- Track record of launching products end-to-end and owning their revenue and adoption targets
- Talent for making very technical concepts simple, memorable, and accurate
- Experience with customer marketing or product-led growth (PLG)
- AI-native, data-driven way of working
- Comfortable getting up to speed quickly with new tools and processes
Ideal fit:
- Curious about customers and turn insights into action
- Bring ideas proactively and back them up with evidence
- Think of launches as the start of adoption, not the finish line
- Can get things done without a large team or elaborate process
