Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management companies, powering mission-critical processes like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings. As the company scales enterprise demand and launches new product capabilities, you'll own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, product launches, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
In this role, you'll define and evolve Feathery's core messaging and value propositions across insurance and wealth management verticals. You'll lead go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches, translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers. You'll develop customer-centric collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product pages, then partner with Sales and Customer Success to build enablement that wins competitive deals and shortens sales cycles.
You'll champion customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities. This includes developing customer stories and case studies, analyzing competitors and market trends to strengthen differentiation, and partnering with Product to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights and field feedback. You'll ensure internal teams stay aligned on product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities.
The role offers significant ownership with the ability to build and hire a team, growing into a marketing leadership position. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to shape market strategy and influence product direction. The team emphasizes an AI-native marketing approach and creates engaging video content for product launches.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including ownership of product launches and go-to-market programs
- Proven track record positioning technical or workflow automation products for enterprise customers
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex technology into compelling narratives
- Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Deep curiosity about customers and how they evaluate and buy technology
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated industries
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, or data platforms
- Experience with AI-powered products
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
