Fal is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing execution for model launches on their generative media platform. You'll be the primary marketing point of contact for AI model partners, coordinating across fal's marketing, product, design, engineering, and partnerships teams to bring new image, video, audio, and multimodal models to developers. Key responsibilities include owning model launches from initial partner conversations through post-launch amplification. You'll manage partner relationships by joining calls, coordinating launch timing and requirements, and owning the review and approval process. You'll coordinate launch execution across social media, landing pages, demos, prompt guides, creator programs, competitions, and video assets to ensure timely delivery. You'll maintain the launch calendar with visibility into upcoming releases, changing timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple partners simultaneously. After launch, you'll plan follow-up content and amplification to sustain momentum beyond announcement day. You'll own the feedback loop, sending materials for review, consolidating partner feedback, coordinating revisions, and shepherding assets to completion. A key part of the role is improving how fal launches by building repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks that enable scaling model launches without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in partner marketing, product marketing, GTM, integrated marketing, or similar roles. You need exceptional project management skills to run multiple fast-moving launches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong partner-facing communication skills and confidence representing fal externally are essential. You should have strong marketing judgment—the ability to identify the story in a product release, understand the target audience, and select the right channels and assets. You're comfortable working with incomplete information, changing timelines, and launches that move with little notice. Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and comfort working closely with technical teams are required. A genuine interest in generative media and the rapidly evolving model ecosystem is important.
