Salary: USD 155,000 - 190,000 / annual

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution across positioning, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and GTM programs. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, campaigns, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement - Own product positioning and messaging, translating complex cloud infrastructure, backup/recovery, data protection, and AI-ready data concepts into clear customer value - Conduct customer and market research to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends - Build and maintain competitive intelligence and positioning against established vendors and emerging companies - Partner with Product and Engineering to understand roadmap, influence launch strategy, and ensure messaging accuracy - Create sales enablement materials, competitive guidance, training, presentations, demos, and customer-facing assets - Develop product marketing content across websites, campaigns, blogs, reports, videos, and presentations - Partner with Marketing on integrated GTM initiatives that drive awareness, pipeline, and engagement - Monitor product and campaign performance using data and customer feedback to continuously improve execution - Use AI-native tools for research, competitive intelligence, content development, and analysis Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant B2B product marketing experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data protection, backup/recovery, cybersecurity, or AI infrastructure - Strong technical foundation with degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on technical experience - Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and translate them into simple, differentiated, compelling customer-facing stories - Proven experience taking technical B2B products to market including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical depth - Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and positioning - Hands-on experience using modern AI tools in marketing workflows with genuine curiosity about AI's impact on product building and marketing - Comfortable in fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve and ownership is expected - Data-driven approach using performance metrics, customer feedback, and market signals for decision-making - Strong bias toward action with ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
