As Product Marketing Manager, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive buyer decisions and enable sales teams. You'll own product areas and strategic go-to-market initiatives end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain product-level messaging and positioning tailored to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise personas
• Build sales and marketing assets that clearly communicate Canary's value and differentiation across the marketing funnel
• Craft engaging presentations, sales decks, webinars, and content in collaboration with growth, partner, and content marketing teams
• Maintain competitive intelligence on the hospitality tech landscape, understanding competitor positioning and where Canary wins/loses
• Measure go-to-market initiative success using data, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role blending storytelling, market insight, go-to-market strategy, and execution to fuel growth and improve conversions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible narratives
• Comfort working with data and deriving actionable insights; track record of measuring impact and optimizing based on results
• Experience bringing new products to market
• High quality bar for external assets; understanding of "ship-ready" standards
• Strong cross-functional instincts; ability to work effectively with product, sales, and design with minimal coordination overhead; proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Preferred: management consulting experience, hospitality/travel tech background, experience with multi-product platforms and AI products
