The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and design teams, with the ability to influence effectively without direct authority. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment that values both rigor and velocity.

- Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to work effectively with product, sales, and design without heavy coordination overhead
- Preferred: management consulting experience, hospitality and/or travel tech experience, multi-product/platform/AI products experience
