Revolut is a global fintech super app with 80+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy across the Americas region.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct deep market research across the Americas to understand local customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements, extracting data-driven insights to inform regional strategy
- Partner with global product marketing colleagues to understand product mechanics and develop market-specific value propositions tailored to each geography
- Build and continuously optimize value propositions as living strategic documents that guide creative execution and cross-functional teams
- Own positioning strategy, creative briefing, and cross-channel orchestration while ensuring local relevance and regulatory compliance
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, collaborating with visual and 3D designers to develop bold, high-impact assets designed to break through market noise
- Design and execute rapid experiments across channels, messaging, and creative approaches, then scale winning strategies into sustained adoption initiatives
- Work with Data and Operations teams to build attribution models that directly connect your marketing efforts to key business metrics
- Proactively communicate campaign performance and recommend strategic course corrections
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer product, growth, or product marketing in fast-paced environments, preferably at global tech companies, with demonstrated success in market entry or international expansion
- Solid understanding of fintech and payments products, including competitive and regulatory landscapes across the Americas
- Strong creative eye with hands-on expertise in art direction and shaping high-impact creative concepts (not just writing briefs)
- Exceptional copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone and complexity for diverse audiences, formats, and markets
- Highly analytical mindset capable of independently extracting insights from data to inform strategy and prove commercial ROI
- Ability to translate ambitious ideas into practical results and set strategic direction across complex, multi-market campaigns with numerous cross-functional dependencies
- Bias for action, ability to work autonomously from day one, and relentless focus on rapid delivery and iteration
