ComplyAdvantage is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own product marketing for the Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio—the largest and most active half of their product suite, covering AML screening, transaction monitoring, payment screening, fraud detection, case management, and regulatory reporting.
You will report to the VP of Product Marketing as one of two Product Marketing Leads building out a newly-forming function. This is a foundational hire with real latitude to shape how product marketing operates at the company. You'll partner closely with the Product Director for this portfolio, translating a steady stream of product and feature launches into positioning, enablement, and go-to-market execution that Sales and Customer Success can actually use.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You'll own outcomes end to end rather than managing other people's output. Responsibilities include: owning positioning, messaging, launch execution and enablement for the entire portfolio; taking ownership of products at every stage of their lifecycle; leading launches end to end and deciding what earns a flagship moment versus a quiet release; building sales enablement materials (decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs) grounded in real buyer and competitive understanding; contributing to competitive intelligence and win-loss analysis; representing UK/EMEA (and interim APAC) market context in company positioning; and partnering with Product as a peer, influencing priorities through evidence and buyer feedback rather than authority.
You'll use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and positioning—this is how the team works, not an aspiration.
Required: 7–10 years of professional experience including 3–5+ years in product marketing; experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company; demonstrated ability to own launches end to end without heavy oversight; strong independence and comfort defining your own plan within broader strategy; proven ability to influence without authority; excellent written and verbal communication; comfort in regulated, technical B2B environments; and demonstrable AI adoption in your working practice.
Preferred: experience in fintech, security, or identity markets; experience marketing AI or agentic tools; experience marketing to multiple distinct buyer personas; familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence; experience partnering with Sales on enterprise or upmarket motions.
