Vanta is a Series D AI-powered trust management platform that helps businesses earn and prove security compliance continuously. As Product Marketing Lead for EMEA, you'll own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and execution for the region, reporting to leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing EMEA GTM strategy tailored to regional opportunities; developing localized messaging and positioning based on market research and customer insights; partnering with the EMEA growth team on targeted campaigns and content; planning and executing major product launches with sales enablement and performance reporting; authoring customer journey content from blogs to sales collateral; conducting regular customer conversations and competitive analysis to inform product strategy; collaborating with EMEA teams (demand gen, sales, CS, product) to achieve market objectives; and refining pricing and packaging based on market, product, and customer insights.
You'll be a strategic marketer who combines data analysis with qualitative customer research, understands how products work deeply, and can communicate that knowledge compellingly. The role requires 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, strong empathy for users, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and curiosity about emerging technologies like AI. You must be based in London or Dublin for this hybrid in-office role.
