As Product Marketing Lead, you'll be Valence's first dedicated PMM, reporting to the VP of Marketing. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Nadia's positioning and competitive narrative for enterprise buying committees
- Building the sales enablement function from the ground up: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling frameworks
- Establishing a competitive intelligence system and translating market research into messaging and assets
- Partnering with sales leadership to identify deal acceleration/stall points and refine positioning accordingly
- Designing go-to-market strategies for new product capabilities and launches
- Leading analyst relations efforts
You'll operate on a lean, high-velocity marketing team where you'll pull scattered positioning know-how into a coherent, scalable system. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on company strategy and customer-facing narratives.
Required: 8+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience with demonstrated ability to distill complex products into clear, compelling messaging. You should have startup or high-growth company experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a systems-engineering mindset for building scalable programs. Understanding of HR tech, people analytics, or L&D/coaching landscapes is valuable. You're AI-native, having integrated AI tools into your workflow with concrete examples of automation or acceleration in the past six months.
