As Product Marketing Lead, you will own the complete product marketing function for the company, spanning three interconnected areas: sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion. You will be the dedicated product marketer responsible for setting standards, templates, and systems while executing across all three domains.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sales Enablement & Content:** Own the core sales content library including decks, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral that quantify impact for buyers. Keep materials accurate and current as the product and market evolve. Build tailored deal-specific content for late-stage opportunities, turning rough briefs from sales reps into polished deliverables. Maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards to ensure reps have current market positioning.
**Product & Module Marketing:** Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer persona. Build deep-dive materials and lead go-to-market initiatives for new module launches. Write for the full health system buying committee—CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders—translating clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
**Customer Expansion:** Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee materials, QBRs, and release communications. Help existing customers understand current value and identify expansion opportunities.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Join deal calls and QBRs. Proactively pull roadmap details from Product and work with Clinical teams to ensure all claims are credible. Surface field insights and competitive intelligence back into the business.
You will work in a small, mission-driven team building AI tools for clinical decision support. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and offers the opportunity to mentor junior marketers as the team grows.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology, with direct experience marketing to health system executive buyers
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs that sales teams actively use
- Demonstrated success with deal-specific content tied to advanced or closed opportunities
- Experience writing for C-suite healthcare buyers (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, quality leaders) and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise health system deals
- Working knowledge of how enterprise health system deals move, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security review, and budget cycles
- Exceptional writing skills: clear, credible, evidence-based, with minimal rework needed on first drafts
- Self-direction in fast-moving startup environments; ability to spot gaps and build solutions proactively
- Strong partnership habits with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams
**Nice to Haves:**
- Product or customer marketing experience with installed base, including expansion or upsell campaigns
- Familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement
- Experience informally mentoring junior marketers
