Qevlar AI is a B2B SaaS scale-up building an AI platform that transforms Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations. The company has raised $44M from top-tier VCs (EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, Partech), deployed solutions with major enterprises like Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and ended 2025 with multi-million dollar ARR.
As Product Marketing Director, you will own the complete product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy—not just execution of existing playbooks. You'll drive how Qevlar communicates its value to cybersecurity buyers and translate that into pipeline and adoption.
Key responsibilities include: developing positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and skeptical security buyers; building deep fluency in agentic investigation, autonomous triage, and AI capabilities/limitations to speak credibly to technical audiences; partnering with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap into customer-facing narratives and feeding back competitive/customer insights; leading go-to-market for new feature and product launches in coordination with Sales and Customer Success; maintaining competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials (battlecards, objection handling); owning analyst relations with firms like Gartner and Forrester; and supporting the full customer lifecycle through demos, onboarding content, renewal messaging, and case studies.
You'll operate as a hands-on individual contributor initially, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the role scales. The ideal candidate has product marketing experience in cybersecurity (ideally SOC/SIEM or security automation), a track record of building positioning and messaging from scratch at a previous company, enough technical understanding of AI systems to engage credibly with engineers and technical buyers, and a proven ability to lead product launches end-to-end. You think in terms of pipeline, win rate, and retention metrics, communicate complex technology clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and combine strong writing skills with results-oriented execution.
