Resistant AI is a fast-growing fintech startup protecting AI and automation systems in financial services from fraud, manipulation and attack. The company uses forensic analysis of customer documents and behavioral data to detect and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and emerging financial threats at scale. Resistant AI recently closed a Series B round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. You will lead the product strategy and evolution of Resistant Transactions, a core business unit. This is a highly cross-functional role working across Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships and Leadership. Key responsibilities include: **Product Strategy & Execution**: Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Resistant Transactions. Translate customer problems, market opportunities and company strategy into clear priorities. Balance short-term customer needs with long-term strategic investments. Ensure roadmap decisions drive measurable customer and business outcomes. **Cross-functional Alignment**: Act as connective tissue between Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships and Leadership. Create shared understanding of customer problems, priorities and success metrics. Build alignment around what matters most and champion transparency in communication. **Customer Leadership**: Develop trusted relationships with customers, becoming a strategic advisor on transaction monitoring, fraud and AML challenges. Lead continuous customer discovery with MLROs, Fraud Leaders, Operations teams and Investigators. Validate product ideas through research, discovery, Proofs of Value and data. **Partner Ecosystem**: Work closely with strategic partners to identify opportunities strengthening the Transactions proposition. Assess commercial, technical and customer value of partnerships. Support product integrations, joint go-to-market initiatives and customer delivery. **Market Representation**: Become a recognized voice on AI-powered transaction monitoring and financial crime detection. Represent Resistant AI at industry conferences, customer events, webinars and partner engagements. Monitor market trends, emerging fraud typologies, regulation, competitor activity and technological developments. **Product Delivery**: Work closely with Engineering and Research to translate strategy into high-quality outcomes. Prioritize work using evidence, customer value and commercial impact. Measure outcomes and iterate continuously. Success is measured by customer value delivered and business impact created, not by features shipped. The best Product Managers know when to say no, understand that focus is a competitive advantage, and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than opinion. **Requirements** - 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering B2B SaaS products - Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Engineering teams in an Agile environment - Strong customer discovery, product strategy and roadmap management experience - Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority - Demonstrated success balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities - Experience in financial crime, AML transaction monitoring, fraud detection, payments, AI/ML products, RegTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS (key) - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills - Exceptional prioritization and decision-making abilities - Strong commercial and strategic thinking - Ability to build trust with enterprise customers and partners - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Comfort representing the company externally as a product and domain expert - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value - Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages a plus
