Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 / annual
Lab37 Robotics is a technology company developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production. This Product Manager role owns Lab37's training products and learning management system (LMS), responsible for both the platform and content that enables kitchen staff, field-service technicians, and support teams to use Lab37 systems safely and effectively.
Key responsibilities include: setting the product vision, priorities, and release plan for training and LMS products; developing build-versus-buy and platform integration recommendations; creating PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; leading user research and discovery to understand how different teams learn and work; owning content creation and quality by guiding technical writers and subject-matter experts; ensuring training stays aligned with product updates across robotics, culinary, fleet, and customer support teams; delivering the LMS end-to-end from definition through pilot and rollout; and defining KPIs to measure whether learning improves proficiency and performance.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years in product management, with specific experience owning an LMS, customer-education product, or similar learning technology. You should have a track record of shipping products for frontline or technical users with measurable results, experience leading content creation through technical writers and subject-matter experts, strong product judgment and analytical ability, and the capacity to influence technical and operational teams without formal authority. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is a plus.
Lab37 is capitalizing on rapid growth in the online food delivery market, which has expanded 10X in the US over five years (from $10B to $100B) and is projected to reach $500B–$1T by 2030. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pittsburgh with five-day-per-week onsite expectations.
