Justworks is a comprehensive HR and payroll platform helping small businesses manage their operations efficiently. The Global Time team's mission is to enable small businesses to manage their global teams seamlessly and compliantly through intuitive time tracking and management solutions.
As Product Manager for Global Time, you will own the strategy and execution of time tracking and management products for Justworks' international Employer of Record (EOR) offering. This is a high-impact role focused on enabling hourly and part-time employment across international markets with complex regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead discovery into country-specific requirements (pay rates, standard hours, timesheets, overtime calculations, statutory holidays, payroll timing) and translate them into scalable product requirements
• Own the strategy and roadmap for Global Time initiatives, articulating a compelling vision of impact on the international business to product and engineering stakeholders
• Identify where international needs expose gaps in core infrastructure and partner with adjacent product pods to improve the foundation for all customers
• Use customer feedback, data, and competitive research to sequence the roadmap and make prioritization decisions
• Define success metrics and measure outcomes, driving toward increased revenue and reduced sales/operational friction
• Set a high bar for quality, compliance, and risk management in a domain where errors carry regulatory and financial consequences
• Partner deeply with engineering to investigate and prioritize issues, developing technical knowledge with their guidance
• Build strong relationships across teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data) through curiosity, empathy, and customer-centered partnership
• Work collaboratively with GPMs across Time and International Payroll spaces on consequential product areas
You'll be joining an experienced product team with a proven track record of building large-scale software products impacting small businesses globally. The role requires deep engagement with customers, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes across multiple countries.
