Jeeves is a financial operating system serving 5,000+ clients across 20+ countries, offering corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software. The company has raised $380M+ from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, and founders of unicorns like Nubank and Rappi.
You will own Jeeves' stablecoin and digital asset strategy, defining how blockchain rails transform cross-border payments, treasury management, and settlement for global businesses. This is a full ownership role requiring deep expertise in the stablecoin ecosystem: issuance and reserve models, on/off-ramp mechanics, fiat rail interoperability, and institutional adoption trends.
Key responsibilities include:
**Stablecoin Product Strategy**: Own the stablecoin product roadmap—which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they integrate into payments and treasury workflows. Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages. Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
**Cross-Border Payments & Treasury**: Build products enabling businesses to send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors. Design seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel as simple as traditional banking for users unfamiliar with crypto. Ensure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so stablecoins become a natural extension of existing payment infrastructure.
**Compliance, Risk & Custody**: Navigate US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations to ship compliant products in every market. Embed AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the product from day one. Evaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions meeting institutional-grade security standards.
**Partnerships & Go-to-Market**: Identify and execute partnerships with stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks, and payment rails. Develop go-to-market strategies for institutional adoption.
Ideal candidates have built stablecoin or crypto payment products at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, cross-border payment platform, or fintech building on blockchain rails.
